What does a manufactured home cost at Growth & Grace?

It depends on the size, features and customization you choose. Give us a call or stop by and we'll put together a personalized quote for the homes you're interested in.

Can I tour the model homes in person?

Yes. We have a variety of models on the lot at 3077 Highway 43 North in Picayune. Come by during business hours, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We're closed on major holidays.

Are your homes energy-efficient?

Yes. Our manufactured homes are built to meet energy efficiency standards and can help you save on utility costs.

Do you help with financing?

We do. We work with seven lending partners, including 21st Mortgage, Triad, Cascade and our hometown FNB Picayune Bank. We'll help you compare options and get pre-approved.
